The proposed complex

The proposed complex will be built on 40% of the land freeing up 60% space to facilitate the movement. The central space of around 12000 sq. ft. will be lively where activities like concerts, gala events, festivals etc. will take place throughout the year.

The two basements of the project will accommodate the parking space for above 386 cars. Appropriate provisions have been made in the project for a super store; retail space for all types of tourism outlets, offices, entertainment venues, hotel facilities, etc. representing a truly Thamel within Thamel.

From 5th floor onwards, there will be large number of rooms that will be used as the residential hotels providing occupancy for large number of tourists making the location a prime recreational tourist area.
